When you make a booking or create an account, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, and, if you provide it, your driving license number. This information is needed to process your booking and contact you.
How we use your data
Your data is used only to manage your bookings, contact you (phone, WhatsApp, email) about your rental, and improve our service. We never sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Customer account
If you create an account, your password is stored encrypted (hashed) and is never visible in plain text, even to our own team.
Data retention
Your data is kept for as long as needed to manage your account and bookings, or until you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and local storage
Our site uses your browser's local storage only for technical purposes: remembering your display preference (light/dark theme) and keeping you signed in to your account. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us by phone or WhatsApp.
