What documents do I need to rent a car?+
A valid national ID or passport, plus a driving license valid for at least 1 year. The minimum age is 21.
Is a security deposit required?+
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at pick-up. The amount is confirmed with you when you book.
Can I pick up or drop off the car outside Oujda?+
We serve the entire Oriental region (Oujda, Berkane, Ahfir, Saidia, Nador, Jerada, Taourirt). Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange pick-up elsewhere.
Is fuel included?+
The vehicle is handed over with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level (full-to-full policy).
How is my booking confirmed?+
After you submit your request online, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the details and finalize the booking.
What if I need to cancel?+
Contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
What happens if I return the car late?+
A reasonable grace period is allowed. Beyond that, an extra day is charged at the normal rate.
